Dear Eric, I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks for making my 75th birthday celebration such a wonderful and memorable occasion. Celebrating this important milestone meant a great deal to me, and Leonard's was the perfect venue for bringing together my family and friends. Dear Leonard's Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to each and every member of your staff for the extraordinary care and professionalism you brought to the 3rd Annual Glamour & Grace Awards Luncheon this past Sunday. From the moment our guests arrived to the final moments of the evening, your team was attentive, gracious, and seamless in every way. The elegance of the space, the quality of the food and service, and the warmth with which our guests were received all contributed to making this afternoon truly unforgettable. We host this event to honor extraordinary women, and it means everything to us that the space and the people within it rose to meet that standard. Your team did not just provide a venue. You helped us create a memory. I must, however, take a moment to give very special recognition to Alisson. This was our second year at Leonard's and our second year witnessing Alisson show up as nothing short of exceptional. This year she became something far greater than a venue coordinator. She felt like a true part of the Haitian Belles family. Her professionalism and attention to detail were present in every moment, but it was her heart and her resourcefulness that set her apart. She always had a pen when I needed one. When my laptop died and my speech was on it, she found a way to print it without missing a beat. When we did not have enough easels to display our honorees' photos, she came up with a creative solution on the spot that looked intentional and beautiful. She made sure our purple carpet moment was everything it needed to be. And in the middle of all of it, she made sure I ate. That is not just professionalism. That is genuine care. That is the kind of person who does not simply do her job but elevates everyone around her. She anticipated needs before they became problems, she moved with grace under pressure, and she did it all with a warmth that made me feel supported every step of the way. Please make sure Alisson knows how deeply she is appreciated. She is a rare gem and Leonard's is incredibly fortunate to have her. We are already looking forward to next year. Dear Jennifer and Team,  We are so beyond grateful for everything you did for our son’s baptism last night. It is all too often that individuals receive an email or a letter criticizing or complaining about issues pertaining to their event or to service that they received. Please know this letter is far from a complaint. I wanted to congratulate you and your wonderful team for making our event on Monday, November 3rd a huge success!!! We could not have done it without you! I know too often our people can be very difficult and demanding but I must commend your staff on their professionalism. Never once did anyone disrespect a guest, they were always smiling and very pleasant and truly a pleasure to work with. It was great to see such a wonderful team of young individuals that work so well together. Your crew is amazing, and I want them to know how much we appreciate their efforts and their kindness. I pray that their wonderful work ethics continue and that in life they always hold themselves to the highest of standards. The way you treat others speaks volumes and, in this day, and age, it is rare to see such kindness in people.  Your crew displayed true kindness. I always tell my staff, You are all what keeps this place running and without you, we are nothing. If there is no teamwork, there is nothing. We all learn from one another and incorporate the good into our day to day lives. My dad always said this to me and it is something I have lived by for decades…..You never get a second chance at making a first impression so make that first impression fabulous!! The level of customer service provided was five-star quality, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
